Does Sonamine use“cookies” on its web site?

Sonamine does use “cookies” on its web sites. Cookies are identifiers that can be sent from a website via your browser to be placed on your computers hard drive. You may elect not to accept cookies by changing the designated settings on your web browser. However, not utilizing cookies may prevent you from using certain functions and features of web sites. The information collected from the use of cookies is used and analyzed to improve Sonamine's web site.

Sonamine uses the information collected from the “cookies” to collect the pages visited, navigation patterns, etc. of a visitor. This information helps us learn things such as what product information is of most interest to our customers and what kinds of offers Sonamine's customers prefer.

A. The Sonamine Properties are not intended for use by children, especially those under age13. No one under age 18 is allowed to register for the Sonamine Properties or provide any personally identifiable information or use our auctions, social, community, and public discussion areas, photo and video galleries, bulletin boards, forums, chats, blogs, personal/job search and other classified ads, and else where.

California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California customers asking about the business’ practices related to disclosing personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Alternately, such businesses may have in place a policy not to disclose personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes if the customer has exercised an option to opt-out of such information-sharing.We have such a policy in place.
